When do Romano Cassar Florists deliver?
We currently offer deliveries every day of the week, but this might differ by area. Get in touch with us if you don’t see your desired delivery date and we will do our best to meet your needs.
Would it be possible to order same day delivery?
Most times we do our best to offer same day delivery.
Why can’t I choose delivery time slots?
This is a feature we hope to introduce in the near-future.. However, if you leave a delivery note in our “comments box” section during check-out, then our florists will do their absolute best to accommodate, though this is not guaranteed.
Would it be possible to include a personalised message with my order?
Yes, you certainly can! Before the final checkout you’ll be prompted to enter your personal message. This will be written by hand on a smart, Roman Cassar-branded card, and then safely attached to the purchased item. We only include what you enter in your message, so if you wish to send anonymously then simply leave your name (or any other revealing details!) out of the message.
What if I’m out when you deliver?
If you’re out, the delivery driver may be able to leave your order for you in a safe place, providing it is not visible from the road and not exposed to weather conditions affecting the product or its packaging. If this is not possible, the delivery driver will attempt delivery to a neighbour and if this isn’t possible, a card will be posted through your letterbox with instructions on how to arrange re-delivery.
What happens if my preferred or chosen flowers are no longer available?
We always do our very best to deliver what you order but on rare occasions out of our control, we may have to replace flowers or plants with those of equal or greater value.
Do I need to have an account to be able to order?
No, but we strongly recommend it! It means you don’t have to enter your details every time you order, and it helps us to ensure that you only receive the most relevant communications from us. We also occasionally run promotions that involve crediting your account with discounts and other treats. If you would prefer however, you can check-out as a guest.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment with all of the following providers:

How do I know if my order has been successful?
All the information will be sent directly to the email address associated with your account with all of your order details and a unique order confirmation number.
How can I use a promo code on Romano Cassar Florists?
