Delivery Info

Malta deliveries made by Romano Cassar Ltd. are from 7.30 AM from Monday to Sunday. For Gozo deliveries the same standard fee applies that is of  € 6.00. Deliveries to any address in Gozo are done from Monday to Sunday from 5pm onwards. Same day deliveries are carried out. Orders placed after our opening hours will be processed on the 1st working day thereafter. Sunday deliveries to Malta addresses only, are done in the morning, whilst Gozo addresses are done 5pm onwards.  Any special requests should be verified by phone on 79373100 to ensure that the orders are fulfilled.

Same day deliveries are also possible, orders have to reach us within our opening hours. Future delivery orders can also be selected. Any future delivery of your choice can be selected from Monday to Sunday for Malta addresses and from Monday to Saturday for Gozo addresses.

When shopping online please ensure that the recipient’s details including the contact numbers are correct so that we are able to deliver a good service. Romano Cassar Ltd cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed by incomplete or incorrect information.

Should the recipient not be at home at the time of delivery we will attempt to contact them and then to deliver to a close by neighbour.

We will not call the recipient before the delivery to maintain the element of surprise. However, in cases where we are unable to locate the address or some other problem where contacting the recipient is a must, we will have to call the recipient and take direction.

At Romano Cassar Ltd. we try to deliver the order directly to the recipient, however in cases where our delivery staff cannot reach the recipient due to some constraint like in offices, hospitals, hotels and public areas the flowers will be handed over to any authorised person on behalf of this organisation and their signature will be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.

In the event/s that upon delivering the ordered item/s, the recipient or the client refuses it, this will still be considered a successful delivered order . The item/s will be returned to our premises the day following the delivery and will be kept at our premises for further 3 days, during which it can be collected from our premises during our operating hours. Upon the expiry of the three days, the item/s are not yet collected, these will be discarded and Romano Cassar Ltd will not be further liable for storing the item/s and no claim of whatsoever nature under any circumstances will be tenable by the customer.

Our liability for non-delivery of the products shall be limited to replacing the product within reasonable time.

No claim of whatsoever nature under any circumstances will be tenable other than the claim for 100% refund of payment made. All such claims if any, have to be raised within 24 hours of delivery/non delivery.

Due to the logistics involved in deliveries, with the exception of funeral orders we are unable to carry out timed deliveries. However if a timed delivery is required please remark so in the order form and we will do our best to accommodate you. In such a case a second address would be required where the recipient could be found after the stipulated hours.

During the peak trading days such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, we operate extended hours and delivery times may be extended due to large volume of deliveries.
